All-on-4

The "All-on-4" technique is a surgical and restorative process to restore all teeth in an entire arch (upper, lower, or both) by utilizing dental implants and strong restorative materials. This treatment option requires placement of 4-6 dental implants in strategic locations. This is usually accomplished at the same time the teeth are extracted. At the time of placement, a temporary denture will be "screwed" onto the implants during healing, providing an aesthetic smile and chewing function during the healing phase. After 3-6 months of healing, a final screw retained prosthesis will be fabricated to restore the teeth to ideal aesthetics, phonetics, and function. This treatment option can fully restore function with minimal long-term maintenance.
